Assembling the Wheel Mounting
Steps 1-5
These are the same steps we completed back in Issue 26. They install the Bearing, Axle, and Wheel into the Inner Wheel Support Plate:
If you needed to remove this assembly before this issue, ensure everything is back where it belongs as per Issue 26:
Step 6
Fit the larger Bearing supplied with this issue over the flange of the Axle:

The Outer Wheel Mounting Plate has two pins on the smooth side that will fit into these holes on the Right Wheel Mounting Plate:

Fit the mounting plate over the outer race of the Bearing and, while aligning the pins and holes, press the plate into place:

Secure the Outer Wheel Mounting Plate into place with four (4) 2×4 mm silver screws:
Thoughts
The wheel is now secured into place and should freely spin and not wobble. However, take care to not dislodge the larger Bearing out of the mounting plate. You may want to use a little tape here to hold it in place it until it is permanently secured in Issue 30.
