“This [issue] includes three parts for R2-D2’s left leg. Keep the white cover until later, when it will be fitted to tidy up the inside of his ankle joint. This time, you will be fitting the metal part that supports his left driving wheel, plus the metal plate that closes off the outer details.”
The Left Leg Bottom Cover and Plugs are not used in this issue and will be installed later.

Take care not to lose the loose Left Ankle Mounting Plate as it will not be secured in place until later.
Thoughts
With all of these short issues, I constantly wonder if this model could have been built in much shorter time with issue consolidation. But, DeAgostini has their reasons for extending it out to 100 issues and I don’t want to speculate.
